Basic - $1,500.00
7-hour venue rental; gold chiavari chairs; round tables plus 4 six-foot rectangular tables; free Wi-Fi; up-lighting; flat-screen TVs; sound system with Bluetooth; in-house bar; food prep area; microwave; free ample parking.
Gold - $1,950.00
Everything in the Basic package; black tablecloths; gold charger plates; cleaning (trash removal excepted - Client is responsible for bagging and removing trash).
Wedding - $4,500.00
12-hour all-day rental; decor for the ceremony and the reception (an extra charge applies for events over 100 guests); weekday wedding rehearsal; gold chiavari chairs; round tables plus 4 six-foot rectangular tables; free Wi-Fi; up-lighting; flat-screen TVs; sound system with Bluetooth; in-house bar; food prep area; free ample parking; cleaning (trash removal excepted).
Anything not listed for the selected package is not included unless the Venue agrees to it in writing.
2. Payment Terms
- To hold the date, the Client pays a deposit of 50% of the package price plus a refundable security deposit of $350, both due when this Agreement is signed. The date is not reserved until both are received.
- The security deposit is refundable after the event, less any amounts owed under Section 5 (damage, extra time, or other charges). If the Client cancels, the security deposit is refunded in full unless amounts are owed under Section 3 or Section 5.
- The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date (the exact balance due date is shown in Event Details above). If the balance is not paid on time, the Venue may cancel the booking and the cancellation terms below apply.
3. Cancellation and Rescheduling (DEFAULT)
- 30 or more days before the event: the Client may cancel; the deposit is held as a credit toward a future date booked within 12 months. No cash refund of the deposit.
- 7-29 days before the event: 50% of the total package price is due (amounts already paid are credited toward it).
- Less than 7 days before the event: the full balance is due.
- Rescheduling: the Client may reschedule once, free of charge, with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability of the new date.
4. Venue Rules (DEFAULT)
- Alcohol is served only through the Venue's in-house bar. No outside alcohol may be brought in.
- Decorations: no nails, screws, tape, glitter, or confetti on the walls or fixtures. Attaching anything to the walls in a way that causes damage will result in a damage/repair charge (see Section 5).
- The event must end by the contracted end time shown in Event Details. Extra time is billed per additional hour at the Venue's then-current hourly overage rate and is subject to availability.
- The Venue may end an event early, with no refund, for safety reasons or illegal activity.
- The Client is responsible for the conduct of their guests and vendors.
5. Damage and Liability (DEFAULT)
- The Client is responsible for any damage to the Venue, its furniture, or its equipment beyond normal wear and tear caused by the Client, their guests, or their vendors, and will be charged the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
- The Venue is not responsible for items left behind, lost, or stolen during or after the event.
- Nothing in this Agreement limits either party's liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
6. Electronic Signature and Copies
- Both parties agree to sign this Agreement electronically. An electronic signature is valid and binding under the Georgia Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (O.C.G.A. § 13-12-1 et seq.) and the federal ESIGN Act (15 U.S.C. § 7001).
- The signed Agreement may be kept and delivered in electronic form (PDF). Both the Client and the Venue receive a copy of the fully signed PDF by email, and that PDF copy is treated as an original.
